How to Prepare for your Appointment
PREPARING FOR HAIR EXTENSION INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT
We ask that you wash your hair and do not use any other hair products, the morning of your installation appointment. This will strip your hair clean of product build up. Do not use conditioner! Blow dry and straighten your hair. The bonds will adhere best to clean, dry hair. It is recommended that you wear something loose fitting and comfortable as the process takes time, depending how many bundles you require and the type of hair extensions you desire. Our Tape-in method is the quickest if you’re on a time constraint.
Maintenance
It is normal to experience a small amount of shedding and to lose a hair extension from time to time,
but so long as the home care guidelines are adhered to this should be kept to a minimum.
Tape-in Hair Extensions:
Maintenance is done every 6 – 8 weeks depending on how fast your own hair grows. We fully remove all of your hair extensions, replace the old adhesive and reinstall your full head. This takes a min. of 2 hours, depending how many bags you have.\
Double Tip Extensions:
Maintenance is done every 3 – 6 weeks depending on how fast your own hair grows. We fully remove all of your hair extensions, replace the old bonds and reinstall your full head. This takes a min. of 2 hours, depending how many bags you have.
