We offer on-line consultations. Simply e-mail us three photos of your hair (front, side & back head shots) and we’ll quote you on how many bundles you’ll require.

Step Two:  Click on Online Shop

 

 

Select your hair extension color, style, and length. Once we recieve your order we will confirm your hair is in stock and we will then send you a confirmation email with a link to our  appointment schedule where you can book your appointment. We can come to you or you come to us ! We have 6 staff memebers ready to service you all with the least tech having 3 years experience to our top experienced hair stylist of 20 + years of experience. All appointments require a $200 Deposit to hold your appointment. ( Unless you are a prepaid customer)

 

(Non Prepaid Customers )If we feel that you’re the right candidate for hair extensions, we ask that you simply e-mail us your deposit thru an Interac E-transfer done through your on-line banking, it’s that easy! As soon as we receive your deposit, we’ll book your hair extension installation appointment immediately! Please call us for more details on how to proceed with an Interac E-transfer.

 

 

 

Payment and Shipping

If hair extensions are not in stock they usually take about  7-10 business days  to recieve them.

 

 

If you are ordering clip in hair extensions they usually take up to 10 days to recieve them to your door.



 

Returns & Refunds

 

We will provide a full refund on unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

 

We are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

 

You may return your Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging. Hair Extensions are packaged with a special golden security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

 

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

 

 

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the cardboard backing which is protected by a golden security seal.
